About the role
You'll deploy, operate, and tune RF, radar, and EO/IR sensors that detect, track, and identify unauthorized drone activity over protected airspace. You'll work directly with customer security teams and incident commanders to translate sensor data into decisions during real events.
This is a console-time role first and foremost. We expect you on station for live events, exercising the playbook, and capturing lessons learned that feed back into how we design the next deployment.
What you'll do
- Deploy, configure, and operate multi-sensor cUAS systems at customer sites.
- Monitor airspace pictures in real time and execute the customer's response playbook for unauthorized drone activity.
- Brief customer security and command teams; produce after-action reports.
- Tune detection thresholds, calibrate sensors, and recommend layout changes based on real-event data.
- Support training events and joint exercises with our UAS operations team.
What we're looking for
Required
- 3+ years of relevant operational experience — cUAS, EW, air defense, RF SIGINT, or comparable.
- Hands-on familiarity with at least one fielded cUAS or multi-sensor airspace surveillance system.
- Comfortable running console during high-pressure events.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations.
Nice to have
- Active TS/SCI clearance (or recent eligibility).
- Military air-defense, EW, or 14N / 1C8 / equivalent background.
- RF spectrum analysis experience.
- Prior experience standing up cUAS coverage at venues, airfields, or critical infrastructure.
